David Ramsey has some amazing videos on white worm cultures on YouTube and the methods that I use are very similar to his. A favorite of mine and the video that I recommend most is his “The 10+ year method that works.“

Since discovering the benefits of feeding live white worms, I’ve become borderline obsessed with my “wormy friends”. It may seem silly, but raising white worms has become somewhat of a passion project for me. I tend to our worms cultures daily – making sure they have just the right amount of food themselves and checking their soil quality, moisture level, etc. Best of all, our reef tank gets live food daily! If you are interested in raising white worms as well (even if you do not plan to be as obsessive as I am), I’ll do the best I can to get you started with a healthy culture and will be glad to answer any questions you have!
